Success Story

We are proud of you, Mrs. Smith!

Cynthia Smith’s journey at Falcon Ridge exemplifies perseverance and hard work. Following an intracerebral hemorrhage, she needed moderate assistance for bed mobility and transfers, minimal help to walk 75 feet with a walker, and increased assistance for self-care tasks at the initial evaluation.

By the time of her discharge, Mrs. Smith had achieved modified independence in mobility tasks, walking 150 feet with her walker, and performing most self-care tasks with modified independence. Her remarkable progress is a testament to her dedication and the excellent care provided at Falcon Ridge, inspiring others on their path to recovery.
