Success Story

Continue the great work, Ms. Revulte!

After being admitted to rehab due to idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus, Dianne Revulte faced significant mobility and self-care challenges. At evaluation, she required extensive assistance for movement and dressing. Through perseverance and expert care, she achieved modified independence for bed mobility, transfers, and upper body dressing.

With only contact guard assistance for lower body dressing, she regained autonomy. She also demonstrated supervised independence, walking 250 feet with a two-wheel walker—an incredible improvement from her initial five feet. Dianne’s progress showcases her resilience and the dedication of her care team, leading to a remarkable recovery!
